2. Activity and registration

Sota Adventure is a travel and tourism agency classified as a Tour Operator by the Regional Directorate of Foreign Trade and Tourism of Cusco, under Certificate N.° 185-2017-GR CUSCO/DIRCETUR-DT. It operates in accordance with Peruvian Law No. 29408 (General Tourism Law) and the current Regulation of Travel and Tourism Agencies.

3. Purpose of the website

This website provides information about the adventure activities Sota Adventure operates in Ollantaytambo and the Sacred Valley, and lets visitors request bookings via WhatsApp or email. It is not an online store: it does not process payments or request card details.

4. Nature of the information

Descriptions, photos, itineraries, durations, minimum ages and rates are for reference only. They may change due to weather, river levels, road conditions, official orders, availability or group size. The conditions that apply to each service are those expressly confirmed by Sota Adventure when the booking is made.

Sota Adventure strives to keep information accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee the absence of typographical errors or occasional outdated details, which it will correct as soon as it becomes aware of them. In case of discrepancy, the information confirmed in writing at booking prevails.

5. Intellectual property

The texts, photos, videos, logos, trademarks and design of this website belong to its owner or are used with permission. Their total or partial reproduction, distribution, modification or public communication without written permission is prohibited, except for personal and private use.

6. Third-party links and content

The website includes links to and embedded content from third parties (WhatsApp, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and Google Maps). Sota Adventure does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability or privacy policies of those platforms, which are governed by their own terms.

7. Use of the website

Visitors agree to use this website lawfully and not for activities that break the law, harm third parties or impair the website. Sota Adventure may temporarily suspend access for maintenance or technical reasons without incurring liability.

8. Consumer protection and child protection

In accordance with Peru's Consumer Protection and Defence Code (Law No. 29571), a virtual Complaints Book is available from the footer.

Sota Adventure does not promote or permit the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents, nor any other crime it becomes aware of in the course of its activity, in accordance with Law No. 29408.

9. Governing law

This notice is governed by Peruvian law. Sota Adventure may amend it; the current version is the one published on this page. The Spanish version prevails in case of discrepancy between translations.
