This is a great way to see most of the cool Inca sites in the Sacred Valley of Peru if you are limited to one day (or even if you are not). This is a long day, though, so you have to set off early. We will set you up with a hand-selected, trusted driver of ours. Please note that due to lack of availability, we do not offer English speaking drivers. (We realize that is not always convenient, but there simply are none available. We do offer an English speaking guide for those who want one, but it raises the cost quite a bit, write us for details.
- Our drivers are known to us and have received training in safe driving procedures. They can be trusted for you to leave all your luggage in the car while you are visiting the sites.
- The Full Day begins in either Cusco or Ollanta, and takes to the Salt Mines, Moray, the Pisac Ruins, and the Pisac Market before returning to either Cusco or Ollantaytambo. This should take between 7 to 8 hours total, but it totally depends on the time you spend at each site. Anything over 8 hours is just charged the extra hour rate of $10 per hour over 8 hours.
- Otherwise, enjoy a day driving around the valley and seeing the Inca sites. Moray costs 70 soles to enter (unless you have the Boleto Turistico) and the Salt Mines cost 7 soles. Entrance fees not included in the price. The Pisac Market is free to visit and takes anywhere from 1 to 3 hours depending on your passion for shopping The Pisac Ruins are either 70 soles stand alone cost, or included with the Boleto Turistico.
- The Salt Mines and Moray take about 1 hour each to visit, and are about a 1 hour drive from Pisac. Ollantaytambo and Pisac are also about a 1 hour drive apart. The Pisac Ruins take 2 to 3 hours to properly go though, they are spread out over a large area. They are also absolutely incredible. The Pisac Market will take an hour or two. The Full Day trip is valid for up to 8 hours and costs $109 total for a taxi, (up to 3 or 4 people) or else a minivan costs $119 total (up to 8 people).
